Eilen päätin kokeilla onneani leipomisen parissa ja tehdä yksinkertaisia muffineita. Kuvissa ne näyttivät suklaamuffineilta, vaikka oikeasti suklaan sijasta ne sisälsivät mustikkaa ja raparperiä. Paistovaiheessa tapahtui jotain hyvin omituista, ja muffinit näyttivät purkautuvilta tulivuorilta, mutta siitä huolimatta ne maistuivat ihan hyviltä.

I'm not a professional baker, but yesterday I decided to make some very simple muffins. In the pictures they looked a little bit like chocolate muffins, but actually they were filled with blueberry and rhubarb. In the oven something mysterious happen, and the muffins looked like volcanoes, can't tell why. At least they tasted quite good.
